Mint Julep
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. bourbon
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 glass crushed ice
- 1 splash Schweppes® Club Soda
- 10 mint leaves
- Mint sprigs dipped in sugar
Directions:
- In a chilled Collins glass, add 10 mint leaves, sugar, and Schweppes® Club Soda.
- Muddle the sugar and mint, then add crushed ice and bourbon.
- Stir well, garnish with mint sprigs dipped in sugar, and serve.
