Mint Julep

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. bourbon
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 glass crushed ice
  • 1 splash Schweppes® Club Soda
  • 10 mint leaves
  • Mint sprigs dipped in sugar

Directions:

  • In a chilled Collins glass, add 10 mint leaves, sugar, and Schweppes® Club Soda.
  • Muddle the sugar and mint, then add crushed ice and bourbon.
  • Stir well, garnish with mint sprigs dipped in sugar, and serve.
